I. Booking procedure |
|
1. As per the current liner schedule, please kindly e-mail or fax your completed shipping orders one week prior to vessel departure to us so that we could timely and properly allocate equipment and space to your esteemed company.
2. We would confirm your booking as soon as possible according to the equipment and space status.
3. When receive the booking confirmation provided by us, please not only go through routing, port of delivery, equipment type, but also pay attention to estimated time of CY closure, estimated time of departure etc. Please kindly inform us in time if there’s anything to change.

| II. Shipping order |
|
Please offer the completed booking information which should at least include below details.
1. Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party details
Please kindly offer the booking confirmation receiver details if it's not your good company to receive booking confirmation.
2. Port of Loading & Port of Delivery
Any special routing demand, please mark it clearly on shipping order. We would try best to meet your demand if it's workable.
3. Equipment type & quantity
4. Description of goods
No. of packages, kind of packages, commodity, gross weight, measurement, etc.
** for reefer cargo, please indicate requested temperature, unite, ventilation (cbm /hr) , humidity(%), Genset(y/n).
5. Vessel name & voyage or expected departure date in order we arrange the 1st available or fit vessel for you.
6. Payment
Whether is payment terms is Prepaid or Collect, Please kindly mark the concerned service contract no. for us to smooth booking for you. If you prefer that your supplier/shipper settles ocean freight/local charges with us, please also offer details of them when booking.

| III. Dangerous Cargo |
|
1. Please fill out the Dangerous Goods Declaration Form and submit with shipping order together.
2. Please fill out the Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form with full shipments details and submit to us at least 3 working days before vessel departure.

| IV. Hanger container service |
|
1. Please kindly fill out the Form of Hanger Container Installation Details and e-mail or fax it to us together with relevant shipping orders timely.
2. Usually after 2 working days, the required installation would be well done and your suppliers or shippers could pick up Hanger Containers at nominated depots.
3. We are quite willing to supply you with Garment Packaging and Loading for your detailed reference.
